About Pesticides

Pesticides and herbicides are a reality in landscape management; one of the tools used to deal with problems. Simple enough. But they are expensive to buy and to apply, and complicated to use in the recommended and legal way. The less we use - and still get the results our customers want - the better our bottom line will be, and the less hassles we’ll have. A healthy soil, with healthy plants, fed just enough, but not too much, in tune with the season and the weather, supports a landscape that is going to have fewer problems to start with, and problems that are easier to deal with, with fewer pesticides, and fewer applications of those that are necessary. And that means less training and paperwork, and more dollars from a market that is looking for low spray solutions and is willing to pay for it.
